Do you deliver training across the UK?
Yes. Although we’re based in Sheffield, we deliver training for organisations across the UK. We regularly provide on-site training at client premises and also welcome delegates to our Sheffield training venue.

Yes. Most of our courses are delivered at client premises, allowing your team to train in a familiar environment while minimising disruption to your organisation.

How many people can attend a course?
Maximum delegate numbers vary depending on the course. Each course page includes the maximum group size, or you can contact us for advice.
Do you offer private group bookings?
Yes. Most of our training is delivered as private group bookings, allowing us to tailor the course to your organisation.

Can courses be delivered online?
Some courses are available online, while others require face-to-face practical assessment. Each course page confirms the available delivery methods.
Can you deliver training outside normal working hours?
Where possible, we’ll work with you to find a training date and time that suits your organisation.
Certificates & Accreditation
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Delegates who successfully complete the course receive a certificate where applicable.
How long are certificates valid for?
Certificate validity varies by course. For example:
- Emergency First Aid – 3 years
- First Aid at Work – 3 years
- Mental Health First Aid – 3 years

Are your courses accredited?
Many of our courses are accredited or regulated qualifications. Individual course pages explain the accreditation for each course.
Course Content
Do I need previous experience?
Most of our courses are suitable for beginners and require no previous experience unless stated otherwise.
Is the training practical?
Yes. We believe people learn best through practical participation, so many of our courses include hands-on activities, discussions and realistic workplace scenarios.

Yes. Wherever possible, we adapt examples and practical exercises to reflect your organisation.

Where do you deliver training?
We deliver workplace training across the UK.
As a Sheffield-based provider, we regularly work with organisations throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the Midlands.
Can we come to your venue?
Yes. Many of our courses can also be delivered from our Sheffield training venue.
