Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
Understand the role and responsibilities of an Emergency First Aider.
Assess an emergency situation and respond safely and effectively.
Perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) with confidence.
Assist an unresponsive casualty.
Manage choking, bleeding, burns, minor injuries and shock.
Recognise and respond to common medical emergencies.
Record and report incidents appropriately.
